Emery Jones is a founder of Four Seam Sports. In late 2016, Mr. Jones transitioned into the business of baseball after
serving for nearly a decade as a strategic business development consultant specializing in government contracting, procurement, and proposal writing. He has since provided scouting intelligence to regional scouts and local college coaches. In addition, Emery is currently the minor league correspondent for TheSpitter.com -- a freelance baseball journalism site that has produced writers for some of the world's most popular sports media outlets.

Mr. Jones began his professional career by serving as an award-winning Physical Science Aide to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where he played an instrumental role in production of the National Weather Service (NWS) Forecaster's Handbook No.1. Jones also developed congressional slide presentations for the National Hurricane Center and was responsible for the nationwide distribution of Technical Procedures Bulletins (TPBs). In celebration of his efforts, Emery was honored by the Under Secretary of Oceans and Atmosphere for outstanding contributions and work performed in furthering NOAA's mission.
John "J.J." Brock

John "J.J." Brock is the Director of Middle School Admissions at the prestigious Landon School in Bethesda, MD.
His resume includes over 11 years of college and high school coaching experience. J.J. was previously the Head Varsity Baseball Coach of Landon School during the 2012-2014 spring seasons, leading the 2013 team to the Interstate Athletic Conference championship game. In addition, J.J. has respectably served as an assistant baseball coach at Georgetown University (2007-2010), the University of Toledo (2004-2007), and Saint Mary's College of California (2001-2003).

A native of Colorado Springs, CO, J.J. obtained a Master of Physical Education in Athletic Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame. He was a four-year letterman and 1998 first-team All-Big East selection at shortstop for the Fighting Irish. J.J. went on to play two years of pro baseball in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization, advancing to their Double-A El Paso affiliate. His passion is to develop well-rounded student-athletes while creating a respectful, enjoyable team atmosphere.

Christina Sears is a trial attorney. Ms. Sears obtained her JD from Tulane University Law School (2005) after earning
a BA in Communication and Culture from Howard University (2002), where she graduated summa cum laude and minored in Psychology.

Christina has served as an Assistant Solicitor with the DeKalb County Solicitor’s Office in Decatur, Georgia.
For eight years she prosecuted felony offenses, later specializing in Crimes Against Women and Children as a sex crimes prosecutor with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in Atlanta, Georgia. Christina is currently in her thirteenth year of legal practice and has tried more than thirty jury trials. Christina enjoys litigating cases the way other people might enjoy participating in competitive sports.

Jerry Bell is a Federal Mediator for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Bell brings a plethora of experience with federal compliance laws and regulations, especially those related to employment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and ethical operation. He is a veteran of the United States Army, having achieved the rank of E-4.
